How do I know if a Komorebi trip still has spots?
Each journey shows a live status: filling fast, dates confirmed, or currently sold out. If a trip is sold out, join its waitlist and you will be notified first when the next group opens.
What is included in the trip price?
Every journey page lists full inclusions and exclusions, typically covering transfers from a set pickup point, listed meals, accommodation, permits, and a Journey Host. Personal expenses and anything not listed are extra.
Where do Komorebi trips depart from?
Most Himachal journeys start with an overnight transfer from Delhi ISBT. Northeast trips begin from the nearest airport or railhead, such as Guwahati (GAU) for Meghalaya or NJP for West Bengal. Each journey page names its exact pickup point.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can. Groups cap at 10 and close once full, and fixed departures fill fastest. For custom or private journeys, four to six weeks of lead time lets us plan properly with local hosts.
What does the "limited time offer" price mean?
Some journeys carry an early-booking discount for a set window. Once that window closes or the group fills, pricing returns to standard. The discounted and original prices are both shown on the trip page.
Can I join a trip that has no dates listed yet?
Yes. Some journeys are still being finalised. Tap "join waitlist" and we will send confirmed dates, pricing, and the full itinerary as soon as they are locked, before the group opens to everyone.
